HI-LIFT JACKS

If you are serious about off-roading, then you need to be prepared for any situation that may arise. There are some things you should never leave home without. One of these is a jack. Without a jack, you would not be able to lift your vehicle to replace a blown out tire. What if we could tell you that there is a jack that can do more than just lift?

The Hi-Lift® Jack is a must have accessory for your ride. It is one of the most rugged and versatile jacks made. Not only can you lift your vehicle to replace a tire, you can use it in any situation where you may need to push, pull, use a winch or clamp. The Hi-Lift® Jack can do it all! It's light weight, easy to use and has a lifting capacity of 2 1/3 tons. The pins are made of processed steel with 125,000 PSI tensile strength.

The Hi-Lift® Jack was invented in 1905 and was known as the Handyman or the Sheepherder’s Jack. It has been used around the farm and ranch for many decades. Years later it was renamed the Hi-Lift® Jack. The jack has stayed the same for years, but they have made some minor improvements in areas such as materials and accessories.

Jeep owners have been carrying these jacks around for decades due to their versatility and ability to quickly lift tall vehicles. It is typically referred to as a bumper jack because of the way the jack is designed - it needs something external to hook onto to lift. So going under the bumper is the best spot for lifting with this jack. However, if you don’t own a Jeep or you don’t want to scratch your bumper then don’t fear. They offer accessories that can provide other modes of safe lifting if you have a lift kit or plastic bumper. One of these accessories is the Lift-Mate. This device hooks to the jack and to the wheel of your vehicle which then allows you to raise the vehicle by the wheel. They also offer recovery kits that allow you to use your jack as a winch for pulling vehicles out.

Another feature they offer is a First Responder option. Are you part of a search and rescue group? They have jack specifically designed to help move vehicles and even allow you to jack the vehicle apart if needed to extract someone.

Depending on the height of your ride, the Hi-Lift® Jack is available in 36", 42" or 48". There are several accessories that you may want to consider including vehicle mounts, covers, kits, straps, and lift options.

Don't get stuck in a jam without the Hi-Lift® Jack! Make it an essential part of your off-road accessories today!
