Am I Entered To Win The Built Diesel?

The Great thing about The Built Diesel on Diesel Power Gear is that every order placed within the giveaway dates is automatically entered to win. When does the Built Diesel end?

The Built Diesel 6 goes from March 6th, 2015 and ends July 8th 2015 at Midnight Mountain Standard Time. There's not much time left!

Where Is My Order?

There are a few easy ways to track your order from Diesel Power Gear. First, all orders are automatically sent two emails, an order confirmation after initial purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking number when the item has been sent. If you don't see these in your inbox you can lookup all of your orders in my account (bottom of navigation menu on mobile and to the right on desktop) which gives an accurate report of all orders made.

Can I Change Something On My Order?

If you wan't to change something Email us and tell us if you want to change your Size,Color,or item and we'll update your order the best we can. 

Was I Charged Twice?

Diesel Power Gear is automatically set up to charge a customer once per order.

Any subsequent charges seen on your statement are failed authorizations. This is a normal practice with banks when trying to capture payment information multiple times unsuccessfully. The good news is all failed authorization attempts should automatically drop off your account (Within 48-72 Hours depending on your bank). Call your bank and you may be able to speed up this process.

Why won't my order go through?

Please review your credit card information as well as your billing and shipping address for any discrepancies in the checkout process. Then update to the latest version of your browser or try switching to another.

How Do I Use Promo Codes / Gift Cards?

During the checkout process enter your Gift Card or Promo Code under the order summary section, then click apply to implement discount onto your order.
