Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was shipped from our warehouse (not the date it was received), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping is solely the responsibility of you, the customer. Exceptions to this policy may be granted if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item(s). Please contact customer service if this is the case. There are no credits, refunds or other costs that DieselSellerz and its entities will incur for you to return any item purchased from any of our websites.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company and/or bank, processing time may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Unless the item(s) are defective, eligible purchases made during our truck giveaways are non-refundable if returned after the end of the promotional period. After the promotional period has ended, you may return item(s) purchased, and if eligible for a return, you may have your choice of another item of equal value, or we will issue you a Gift Card for the equivalent value to be redeemed at your convenience. If we allowed refunds for purchases during our truck giveaways, customers could simply return their purchase for a refund because they didn't win. Since your purchase earned you entries to win (and we can't 'return' your entries once the giveaway has ended), and to continue to be able to support and offer our giveaways, we must enforce this policy.
As noted when placing your order, please allow extra time for fulfillment during the truck giveaway promotional period.
